Meet the Staff

As the largest taxpayer and employer in Exeter, The RiverWoods Company currently employs 470 senior–living professionals. Residents, staff and a volunteer board of trustees share a spirit of cooperation and congeniality. This ability to collaborate in the pursuit of common goals helped The RiverWoods Company earn accreditation from the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission in 1998, just four years after RiverWoods at Exeter opened its doors.

We really love what we do, and several of us have been here almost since the doors opened, 17 years ago.  It feels like a family to us, and we take great pride in working along side our residents.  We find inspiration here every day and a sense of belonging to something greater than ourselves.
