Weather or Not by WMUR-TV's Kevin Skarupa
In this illustrated program, Skarupa will reprise his November special, "Weather or Not", in which he looked back at three historical storms in Berlin, Colebrook and Hampton. Skarupa had the National Weather Service's storm surveyor investigate -- as he would do today -- to determine what type of storms they truly were, with some surprising results. Skarupa will also examine the 1996 storm in Australia that broke the Mt. Washington wind record from 1934, and explore the worst case scenario for a future storm in New Hampshire.
